Focused exclusively on common flexible pouch formats.
CUCKOO serves three-side sealed, stand-up, zipper, eight-side sealed and center-sealed bags. Alongside automatic sorting and bundling, the company developed automatic defective-bag rejection to solve a key bottleneck in flexible-packaging automation.
More than 700 customers are served across Chinese mainland, with exports to markets including Italy, Poland, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Egypt and Russia.

Fully Automatic Sorting Line
Building on its standalone-machine technology, CUCKOO has invested millions of RMB in developing a fully automatic bag sorting production line. The planned line aims to integrate case packing, sealing, bag sleeving, certificate labeling, sample-bag mounting and palletizing. This is a development programme, not a statement that every function is included in current standalone machines.
Precision Rejection & Separation
Linked with compatible inspection equipment, targeted single-pouch air ejection separates identified defective pouches from good pouches and reduces manual sorting work. Detectable defects and performance depend on the inspection system, selected configuration and production conditions.
Ultrasonic Joint Detection
Identifies joints on both the outer and inner film layers.
Banding Machine Technology
