The six configurations belong to the SB series; they are not all functions included in CK-LD-SB-BZ-2. Standard and Die-cut Standard have no rejection. Guided Rejection means whole-row sideways ejection; Precision Rejection means targeted single-pouch air ejection. Final speed and pouch compatibility depend on the selected model and production conditions.

Operation & care

Setup, adjustments and maintenance guidance for the banding workflow. Expand a topic to see the details.
Safety first: Stop the machine and disconnect power before clearing a jam or carrying out maintenance.
Confirm settings for the selected machine and banding material with CUCKOO. No universal pressure or temperature setting is stated.
01Reduce jams
- Before starting, remove debris from the banding track.
- Install and straighten the banding strip; avoid twists and knots.
- Adjust the pressure rollers and temperature to suit the banding material.
- If a jam occurs, stop the machine and disconnect the power before clearing it.
- Regularly remove adhesive residue from the roller surfaces.
02Pressure roller adjustment
- The rollers provide friction for strip feeding. Excessive pressure can damage the strip; insufficient pressure can cause slipping.
- Turn the adjustment knobs at both ends and keep pressure balanced on both sides.
- Fine-tune for CPP / BOPP material. Test feeding: smooth movement without pressure marks indicates a suitable setting.
- Regularly check the roller surfaces for wear.
03Convenient operation
- Set operating parameters centrally on the touchscreen.
- Save and recall recipes for repeat production.
- Open the front cover for quick banding-strip replacement.
- Fault-code pop-ups help identify operating issues.
- Wear parts are designed for convenient inspection, removal and replacement.
04Optimized structure
- A reinforced frame reduces vibration during operation.
- Smooth, chamfered conveying channels reduce strip scraping and jams.
- An optimized drive layout supports stable heat dissipation.
- Modular components reduce the amount of disassembly needed for maintenance.
