Pouch structure, dimensions, line speed and rejection requirements define the correct configuration.
Three-side sealed pouches
The Basic platform compares 2025 / 2026 editions and has three channels as standard. The SB platform has two channels as standard and six listed configurations. SB Standard has no rejection; choose another SB configuration if rejection is required.
Stand-up & zipper pouches
A six-configuration platform for stand-up, zipper, three-side and eight-side sealed pouches.
Die-cut formats
Die-cut Standard, whole-row Guided Rejection and single-pouch Precision Rejection are listed on compatible SB / ZL platforms. Confirm die-cut parameters using the selected model and actual pouch samples.
Center-sealed and related pouches
For four-side sealed, pet food, rice, center-sealed gusseted and center-sealed two-channel pouch applications.
Detection & rejection
Pair compatible inspection with the required removal mode: sideways ejection of the entire affected row, including good pouches in it, or targeted air ejection of only the identified defective pouch. The inspection system supplies the defect signal; the selected rejection configuration determines the action.
