Safe setup and routine care.
Reduce banding jams
Before starting, clear debris from the banding track. Straighten the strip and avoid twisting or knots. Match pressure and temperature to the strip material and regularly remove adhesive residue from roller surfaces.
Adjust pressure evenly
Too much roller pressure can damage the strip; too little can cause slipping. Adjust both end knobs evenly, fine-tune for CPP / BOPP and test for smooth feeding without pressure marks. Check roller wear regularly.
Stop the machine and disconnect power before clearing a jam or performing maintenance. Use the selected machine manual; no universal pressure or temperature value is stated.
