Finishing for shaped bags
Die-cut bag sorting & binding machine
Die-cut finishing options on the SB and ZL platforms. Choose the pouch shape and rejection level together.
Specification
The details that
shape your line.
Die-cut three-side sealed bags and die-cut stand-up zipper bags. Submit the actual outline and dimensions for a compatibility review. Choose the appropriate SB or ZL die-cut configuration.
Maximum values and compatibility depend on the selected configuration, pouch material and production conditions.
| Three-side seal die-cut platform | SB die-cut models: CK-LD-SB-MQ-2 (Standard), CK-LD-SB-MQTC-2 (Guided Rejection), CK-LD-SB-MQ-X-600-2 (Precision Rejection). Confirm specifications for the selected die-cut model. |
|---|---|
| Three-side seal size range | Confirm the actual outline and size range for the selected SB die-cut model using pouch samples. |
| Three-side seal maximum speed | Confirm speed and channel count for the selected SB die-cut model. The general 300 cuts/min mode ceiling is not a confirmed die-cut machine rating. |
| Stand-up zipper die-cut platform | ZL die-cut models: CK-LD-ZL-MQ-2 (Standard), CK-LD-ZL-MQTC-2 (Guided Rejection), CK-LD-ZL-MQ-X-600-2 (Precision Rejection). Confirm specifications for the selected die-cut model. |
| Stand-up zipper size range | Confirm the actual outline and size range for the selected ZL die-cut model using pouch samples. |
| Stand-up zipper speeds | Confirm speed, channels and any reversing requirement for the selected ZL die-cut model; no unverified legacy speed values are applied. |
| Rejection configuration | Die-cut Standard: no rejection. Die-cut Guided Rejection: sideways ejection of the whole affected row, including good pouches. Die-cut Precision Rejection: targeted air ejection of only the identified defective pouch into the reject bin; good pouches continue to separate collection. |
| Optional equipment | Independent remnant winder |
Capabilities
Designed around the finishing task.
Select the base platform
Die-cut bags use the appropriate SB or ZL configuration. Do not assume that the regular-pouch platform dimensions, speeds or channel counts also apply to the die-cut model.
Manage die-cut remnants
An independent remnant winder can be selected where required by your process.
Choose the rejection level
Standard configurations have no rejection. Guided Rejection pushes an entire affected row sideways, discarding good pouches in that row too. Precision Rejection uses a targeted air jet to remove only the defective pouch. Compatible inspection equipment supplies the defect signal.
